Terms & Conditions - Health & Safety Survey Draw
This prize draw is run by Select Recruitment (Select), a division of AWF Limited.
By entering this prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Entry to this prize draw is open from 8.00am Friday 29th August 2024 until 12.00pm Sunday 15th September 2024.
To enter this prize draw, you must: be the intended recipient of the Select Health and Safety survey email, complete the survey, and enter your name an email address at the end of the survey before entries close.
Entry to this prize draw is only open to individuals who are legally entitled to work in New Zealand and residing in New Zealand at the time of the draw.
Entry to this draw is restricted to one entry per person.
Multiple entries, bulk entries, automated entries, and third-party entries will all be disqualified.
The prize is 1 (one) Prezzy Card to the value of NZ$100 (one hundred New Zealand Dollars).
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by Friday 20th September 2024.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey within 5 (five) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be reached and/or does not respond within 5 (five) business days of initial contact, a new winner will be selected and the original winner will no longer be eligible to claim the prize.
The prize will either be delivered to a valid New Zealand residential postal address (no PO boxes), or collected from the Select branch office at a date and time to be agreed on.
In the event of a dispute regarding this prize draw and any of its Terms & Conditions, the final decision will rest with Select Management.
