Blaster/Labourer

Are you an experienced spray painter or blaster looking for a new opporuntity? Look no futher!

Our client, a locally owned and operated family business are seeking an experienced blaster/labourer to join their close-knit Dunedin team.

Workshop based, you will be working on a variety of industrial and engineering products undertaking brush painting, spray painting, sand blasting, grit blasting, abrasive blasting, water blasting and performing general labouring tasks.

This is a hands-on practical role and would suit someone who has manual dexterity and an eye for detail and quality control.

If you have previous spray painting or blasting experience - we definitely want to hear from you!

Monday to Friday - Permanent full time
Have weekends to yourself!

You will have familiarity with a workshop/factory environment
Love doing practical hands on work
Have an eye for detail/quality control
Be a team player and also able to work autonomously
Be physically fit and agile
Have good communication skills (written & verbal)
Are reliable with a 'can do' attitude
Are familiar and compliant with industry personal protective requirements
Understanding of HSE responsibilities

MUST hold a Full NZ Drivers Licence.

DESIRABLE: Valid OSH and an F endorsement, Confined Spaces certification.
